Customers can contact Homestead Implements to discuss shipping options or receive an instant freight quote during checkout.
How does freight delivery work for rural locations?
Homestead Implements ships attachments to remote and rural addresses throughout the country. For hard-to-reach locations, the assigned freight carrier may deliver the order to a regional terminal and subcontract final delivery to a smaller carrier that serves the area more frequently. Some carriers may only deliver to remote locations once a week. If an address is at the end of a long road, does not have a turnaround, or is otherwise difficult to access, the carrier may delay delivery until a suitable route is available.
Do brush cutters and rotary tillers ship with gearbox oil?
No. Due to shipping policy, Homestead Implements brush cutters and rotary tillers do not ship with oil pre-filled in the gearbox. Customers should review the assembly instructions and owner's manual before use to determine the correct oil type and quantity. Operating an implement without adding gearbox oil will void the Homestead Implements warranty and may damage the attachment.
